Immigration
Dear Editor,
Although I enjoyed your article on immigration I will correct you like I do most other people on this one…..It is not an “immigration issue”…. It is however an “ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION ISSUE”. I, along with most other Americans believe in immigration. I am an immigrant myself. This is not about immigration…… quit mis-portraying it as such. This is about sneaking into our country ( breaking a law to start), Not paying taxes but demanding significant socioeconomic support for health care and education (wiping out the investments of tax paying Americans) and then gathering en mass to tell us that they have the right to be here……
I think if more people would impress upon others that this is much more than an immigration issue it would get the support to get the borders closed and stem the tide of our poor but grateful neighbors. If they can gather together to try to change a foreign sovereign government, why can’t they take the time to try to change their own government?
