Re: It’s all the bars fault

As a former owner of a saloon for 10 years, your story has SOME merit. I have personally been at said bar, and there is blatant stuff going on.
Moreso, enforcement of the violations constitute a lot of manpower on an ongoing basis.
The truth lies somewhere in between. Regulation and proper management must work hand in hand and they are poor managers.
