I found your article on the internet (Global Warming: The Cold, Hard Facts? Canada Free Press Monday, February 5, 2007). I am from London and have been suffering the intolerable bandwagon that our shocking government seemed to have instagated.
I read your article with great interest, I am no scientist or have any real knowledge in climatology, however I refused to accept that humans are causing an increase in weather conditions through CO2 emmissions. I think of the history of the world and look at the evidience that is already there, when we had ice ages or periods of extreme heat, there were no cars, no industry - there have been volcanoes for millions of years pumping ot CO2 yet we are still here, unless I have missed there point which I cant quite fathom anyway.
It really grinds on me that with no substantial evidence the gov, and many large companies are using this as a vehicle to tax against, or charge more. Everyday i hear adverts about climate change caused by humans and the latest tax that is going to be enforced to help save our planet, (by the way we have a new tax introduced in England called green tax on flights £20 per flight shorthaul and £80 long haul supposedly the tax will help save the environment!).
I have found very little on what I would call the truth about climate change, I was hoping you could point me in the right direction, I understand that many people choosing this route like youself have suffered persecution, even though I hold no status in an scientific or political fields I feel so strongly on how people are being mislead that i would like to put more effort into discovering the truth.
