Guns and Gang Violence in Toronto
Dear Editor;
There is too much gang and gun violence happening here in the city of Toronto.When will the politicians, the courts and the police get serious about getting these gangs and guns off the streets of Toronto.Seems every day I turn on the news, there is another shooting in this city.I’m 52 yrs old and I have lived in this city for most of my life.I have never ever seen things this bad.It never used to be like this.
My parents finally about 12 yrs ago decided to move out of this city because it was becoming to dangerous to live here.They moved up north to a small town of Meaford Ont.. My Dad a retired Toronto Fire Fighter (Captain) swore that they would never ever move back to Toronto.
Again, when will the politicians, the courts and the Police finally get serious about this.It is time to declare war on these gangs and lock em up for good.
Has this problem become too big for our police, the courts and the politicians to handle.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
