Promoting Racism in the Schools:
Backdoor affirmative action

They're back! We thought the affirmative action anti-racist racists were wiped out of the educational establishment of Ontario with the defeat of the NDP government of Bob Rae. But no, here they are again, in spades! It's like the myth of the ancient Greek goddess Medusa, whose hair was made of many living venomous snakes, the minute one was killed another took its place.

Toronto District School Board (TDSB) at the instigation of these "venomous snakes" announced yesterday that they would be introducing questionnaires for all students to complete. These questionnaires are a near repeat of the disgraceful Work Force Surveys introduced by the Rae government in aid of it's infamous Employment Equity act of Ontario (affirmative action Legislation in the USa), which fortunately Mike Harris tossed out as soon as his government was elected.

The purpose of the Employment Equity act of Ontario (EEa) was to enable the government to give preference in hiring and promotion to members of visible minority groups and females. It was no use applying for a job if you were a male or female and "white." all Ontario employers with 150 employees or more were forced to comply with the act by setting goals and timetables to achieve the same result. In the short time the EEa was in effect, more hatred towards visible minorities and the NDP was created than any other time in the living memory of the Canadian public.

Within Bob Rae's Ministry of Education, a cabal of visible minority so-called race relations "experts," known as the anti-Racism Directorate (the "venomous snakes") was established to administer the act and they grew like a cancer, pulling every trick in the book to gain special rights, jobs and employment for visible minority teachers, students and other employees. They saw racism and if not overt racism, "systemic racism" everywhere. Their antiquated and mean-spirited views of Canadian society were such that they set out to change Canada's fundamental value system and substitute their own views as to how the education of all Canadian children should take place. Here is word for word what they said:

"There is a growing recognition that educational structures, policies and programs have been mainly European (code for white) in perspective and have failed to take into account the perspectives, experiences and needs of many racial and ethnocultural minorities. These policies are racist in their impact if not in their intent. We have to focus on teaching about cultures and traditions of diverse groups."

Imagine the brashness of these recent immigrant bureaucrats telling the vast majority of Canadians that their educational perspectives were not only racist but "too European" for their likes. These rude and thoughtless people forgot that the children and teachers they claimed to represent had come from scores of different cultures; fleeing poverty, lack of schooling, lack of freedom, lack of opportunity, lack of jobs, lack of healthcare, refugee camps, dictatorships etc. They do not want these children to learn or the teachers to teach the values that had made Canada so wonderfully different from the places they had come from.

Their twisted reasoning is that because Canada's history, principles, freedoms, laws, parliamentary government and educational system were built by "white" (European) people it has little value to them. Worse, their underlying venomous intent was, and apparently still is, to make Canadian children of the majority ashamed of their own history. This is blatant pernicious racism.

It does not matter to these racist "educrats" that visible minority children are given modern schools to go to, paid for by the investments of millions of citizens who rarely saw a visible minority person when the schools were built. To these racial experts, the fact that their children don't do as well as their white fellow students is attributable to racism or their inability to relate to their white teachers, "Who don't look like me" or to the "white curriculum."

Strangely, large numbers of visible minority students do better on average than their white contemporaries, in these very same schools, particularly students from Oriental and asian families. again, it never seems to dawn on these ethnocultural agitators that their arguments are pure excusatory drivel.

Remember their foolish platitude, repeated ad nauseam, that "it takes a whole village to raise a child." This antiquated fairy tale about describes their philosophy of the need for diverse cultural perspectives.

The truth is that it takes a good school system, well trained teachers who care about the job they do and a well rounded curriculum to educate today's children. above all, perhaps the key factor in the success of a child's education is a family unit that instills in their children the value of a good education and surrounds them with a stable positive atmosphere for learning. This vital key to the success of any student is always deliberately avoided or downplayed by these racially myopic vipers.

The new TDSB survey dares to ask all students, or their parents if the children are in grade six or under, their skin colour - black or other; the group to which they belong be it Chinese, Korean, Filipino, Japanese, Southeast asian, West Indian, Latin american aboriginal etc. Not only that, but now they also wish to identify those who are homosexual, transgendered, bisexual, lesbian, straight, not sure and so on. Unfortunately, most ordinary people are so fed up with all these idiocies that they will probably complete the surveys without considering their terrible implications for the future.

The TDSB says that they want this information to "better serve their students." Queens University (Oh! the "venomous vipers" are there too) is also instituting a survey of their student body. While there is no indication they intend to ask about sexual preferences, they do say they want the information to give "preference to visible minorities." Why? You got it! It's because their minorities are said to complain that the campus is "too white." Sound familiar?

The complaint is fraudulent and dangerous if accommodated. The answer to the complaint is that if a "white" campus bothers you then you should leave the university. In fact, they should be told: (1) if white people upset you then perhaps they should leave Canada and live where people look like you. (2) Not to be so rude as to insult Canadians that don't look like you and (3) please leave aussitot qui possible (aSaP) because your attitude is fast destroying the good will of the white majority who are approximately 80% of all Canadians.

The Toronto District School Board and Queens University should immediately scrap all racial and/or sexual oriented surveys and halt any plans of special programs of grant giving, employment and promotion preference or separate curriculums for so-called "specially diverse and marginalized" students. Severely disabled people need additional accommodation but don't let these racist vipers hide their demands behind a disabled person's special needs.

The creation of multiple racial, religious national or sexual groups with very suspect needs and wants, to be catered to with special financial or other considerations is nothing more than outright appeasement. It won't work. It is the myth of Medusa's head of vipers. Such laws and programs will replicate like vipers and poison every effort to build a better society. The evil is among us now and it is up to all of us to tell our educators and politicians to rethink their plans to appease these minority manipulators.

Every educational authority must immediately scrap all ethnocultural, racially and sexually based questionnaires and any plan to give special treatment to any group. There must be only one set of rules for every kind of Canadian.

Our victorious soldiers at Vimy Ridge in the First World War had it right when they cried out: "We are Canadians, Canadians...That's all!"
