Moonbats facing setback on mass march to Washington

On the way to their September 15 March on Washington for the "Mother of All Protests", anti-war activists organized by ANSWER already have had to switch gears.

The funds they've raised "to pay for buses and to print the hundred of thousands of flyers, stickers and posters needed to spread the word," must go to pay some $10,000 worth of fines if group organizers do not remove every poster within 72 hours.

"Tens of thousands of dollars in additional fines are expected in the coming days," according to an ANSWER media release.

"This is part of a systematic effort to disrupt the organizing for the September 15 Mass March that is timed to coincide with the report of General Petraeus and the debate in Congress on the Iraq War. The last thing the government wants is to see the streets of Washington D.C. fill up with throngs of anti-war protesters right in the middle of the debate."

According to the activists, the fines came after a campaign led by FOX news calling for the government to take action against those putting up posters for the September 15 demonstration.

Their last protest, also touted as the "Mother of All Protests" saw the "Moonbats" outnumbered for the first time in decades by the Gathering of Eagles.

Let down by no-show celebrities like Jane Fonda and Alec Baldwin, the anti-war demonstrators were left fuming behind their trademark face coverings.

This time out anti-war organizers counted on the proverbial leg up by postering the nation's capitol a full month ahead of the big event.

And this time, they're determined to take over the city for a full week after the march.

But their threats to deface the Vietnam Memorial Wall have raised the dander of the same group that stood them down last March.

The last time the Moonbats marched on Washington with ill intent toward something most Americans count as sacrosanct, they were put to public shame by a ragtag group of war vets, Rolling Thunder members, and ordinary Americans who made history on St. Patrick's Day.

For all of their bravado, the Wall remained intact. Not one had the intestinal fortitude to push past the steely-eyed guardians of Washington's war memorials.

Moonbats proved that they top the scale when it comes to self-preservation.

Even a sneak attack by a radical protest group long after the protest was over failed when National Park Police and D.C. Police stepped in and put the run to them.

"Never again" was the mantra that brought thousands of war vets and American patriots from all over the United States to take a stand for their fallen soldiers in Washington, D.C.

Proud of their achievement, Gathering of Eagle members formed friendships to last a lifetime and remained unfazed when the mainstream media tried to portray a different story.

On Sept. 15, the Military Order of the Purple Heart (MOPH) will proudly stand guard once again to defend the Wall from those that threaten it.

To millions of Americans the Wall is not a prop for an election hungry Cindy Sheehan or the let's-impeach-Bush-and-Cheney malcontents.

"We will not allow the government's intimidation tactics to slow our outreach or silence the antiwar movement," ANSWER promises.

Talking tough gets you the same old mainstream media attention and kudos from Cindy Sheehan. Men and women who risk their lives to protect the freedom of others don't waste time on rhetoric, they face the challenge with courage.

"They shied away from our Patriots last time," said Military Order of the Purple Heart (MOPH) National Commander Tom Poulter, "I would recommend they do the same this time or suffer the consequences."

Henry Cook, who is the Senior Vice Commander of MOPH and the second in command, will lead the MOPH contingent and is fully prepared to face any threat posed by the ANSWER group, headed up by Cindy Sheehan.

"During the March 17th anti-war protest, the ANSWER group was confronted by Vietnam veterans who said, "NO, not on our watch." They are still recovering from being challenged by veterans who meant business," said Cook.

"I am ready again to stand as the national representative of the MOPH and lead our Patriots in defense of our memorials. We must meet them face-to-face and reject efforts to tear down those symbols of freedom we hold so dear."

Cook, a Special Forces Green Beret wounded twice in Vietnam, asks that all Vietnam veterans stand with the MOPH in protest, "The Gathering of Eagles started this defense," he said. "This time we will be an even stronger partner. We urge all Purple Heart recipients as well as veterans who care to stand with us."

Meanwhile, moonbats need masks to hide behind while they stimulate their bravado. Patriots and eagles need only to hear the threat of desecration to get out and defend their war dead.
