The World Oceans Summit in Singapore is the latest platform for the United Nations World Bank to announce its latest assault on sovereign economic decisions and freedom. The oceans are suddenly very sick and "we need coordinated global action to restore our oceans to health," says World Bank president Robert Zoellick.
