Rioting over government-subsidized section 8 housing vouchers is a phenomenon we've seen before. Last year in Ohio, chaos erupted when thousands appeared at a voucher giveaway that was expected to draw only hundreds. This morning, Taylor Michigan - a suburb on Detroit's Southwest side - experienced a similar violent conflict. This time, however, it was on a much larger scale.
